Use of Builder Rank

Builder Rank provides AI visibility reports for contractor websites. Reports are informational and do not guarantee search rankings, AI assistant placement, leads, sales, or business outcomes.

Payments and report delivery

Reports are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe checkout. After payment, customers return to Builder Rank to generate the report from their account workspace. If a paid report does not generate or an emailed copy does not arrive, contact support for help.

AI model availability

Builder Rank may use third-party AI systems such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. If a model is unavailable or does not return a completed analysis, Builder Rank may show the available results and follow up with the customer after reviewing the issue.

Privacy

Customer information

Builder Rank collects account details, contact information, company information, website URLs, market inputs, checkout references, and generated report data to provide the service, support customers, maintain report history, and reconcile purchases.

Email and follow-up

Builder Rank may email completed reports, support updates, and purchase-related messages to the customer email address on the account. Customers may contact Kaleb@builderrank.io for help.
